    you could put this in a case somewhere and have it charge $1-2 to play remotely. just have the stick move on a track around the table with something that moves it further or closer. would definitely be a cool attraction to advertise your youtube and a source of income.

    YOU SHOULD INSTALL THE PEN ON A SOFT SUPPORT (RUBBER, FOAM). THE PEN ITSELF COULD BE FLEXIBLE AND HAVE A RANDOM ANGLE VARIATION.

    Actually, that was a very good attempt. The attack from between the lock and door was very clever, but was made possible by being able to see the lock's mechanism, that said preventing this is simple. I'm off to look or the improved version that I hope you've made.

    Random pen depth, variables in character size or slope, and have your lines slant up or down occasionally. That's how I'd see if we could randomize it

    One idea for fixing the false summit problems would be using the original strategy you mentioned, searching all points and saving the max, but instead doing it at a lower resolution, so your only sampling maybe 1 point for every 10 units. Then you can use gradient ascent to improve that guess.
